Q. Can you send ID outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes, we have just expanded to ship worldwide to all countries but the USA. Please send payment in pounds sterling.

Q. Are your cards really accepted as proof of age/identity?

Our customers have had great success using our ID for this purpose. We have even been told that our ID has succeeded where the official Prove-It card has failed. If the ID card you show people 'looks' official (as ours does) then it will most likely be accepted.

Q. How do I send you my photo and payment?

We accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash. If you want to pay by post, after placing an order, you will be shown full details.  We require a standard passport sized photo and payment of £10 for each ID ordered.

Q. Could you send me a brochure or catalogue?

We currently do not have a printed catalogue as we operate from the web only.

Q. How do I get a postal order?

You can get a postal order from any post office for a nominal fee of 80p.  We feel that this is worth the extra cost for the added security over sending cash through the post.  Please make postal orders payable to 'Ryan McCulloch'.

Q. Are your ID cards double sided?

Yes, all of our products are double sided.  The back are full colour designs which contain various 'fake' terms and conditions of use.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

Simply e-mail us and we will cancel it immediately.

Q. Will you make an Official Prove-It card?

No.  It is our policy that we do not sell ID with any official status.

Q. Will you make ID for **** university/college?

No, It is our policy that we do not sell ID with any official status.  We can create ID for fictional institutions but we will not name an actual establishment.

Q. Will you make a drivers license, passport or a birth certificate?

No, We will not create any official document
